These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of Zero AI, a subscription business-management software service provided by Endgate System Technologies (“Endgate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service
Zero AI provides browser-based business-management tools that may include CRM and contact management, messaging, calendars, scheduling, forms, websites, pipelines, courses, campaigns, and deterministic automations. Features, integrations, storage, message volume, and availability can vary by plan, account configuration, provider, and location. Zero AI uses established third-party infrastructure and integrations to deliver portions of the service.
3. Eligibility and business authority
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement. If you use Zero AI for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization. You are responsible for providing accurate account and billing information.
4. Accounts and security
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, controlling access to your account, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized use. You may not share access in a way that exceeds your plan or use the service to gain unauthorized access to another account, system, or data set.
5. Trial, pricing, and recurring billing
The standard Zero AI offer is a 14-day free trial followed by a recurring charge of $97 USD per month, plus applicable taxes, unless a different offer is clearly presented at checkout. No subscription charge is due on the first day of the standard trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the payment method supplied at checkout will be charged when the trial converts and monthly thereafter until cancellation. You authorize recurring charges according to the offer shown at checkout. We will disclose material price changes before they apply to a future renewal.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time before your next billing date by using any account cancellation option made available to you or by emailing [email protected] from the email associated with your account. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Cancelling during the trial prevents the first subscription charge. Export any information you need before access ends.
7. Refund policy
Because digital access is made available promptly, subscription charges are non-refundable once a paid billing period begins, except where required by law. If you believe a charge is duplicate, unauthorized, or the result of a billing error, contact [email protected] within seven days of the charge so we can investigate. This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use Zero AI to violate law; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights; distribute malware; send unlawful or unsolicited communications; harass or deceive others; process data you lack authority to use; interfere with service security; reverse engineer protected components except where law permits; or facilitate harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activity. You are responsible for your content, contacts, communications, consent records, and compliance with marketing, privacy, and communications laws.
9. Customer content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you lawfully submit. You grant Endgate and its service providers the limited rights necessary to host, transmit, process, back up, and display that content solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You represent that you have all permissions required for the content and personal information you place in Zero AI.
10. Zero AI operating position
Zero AI is designed to present a professional business workspace without embedded generative-AI assistants or cloud-LLM-driven workflows. Third-party software can change without notice. We monitor relevant changes and work to disable unexpected AI-facing features, but we cannot guarantee that an upstream interface change will never appear temporarily or that every third-party service connected by a customer follows the same policy.
11. Third-party services
Integrations and underlying infrastructure may be governed by separate third-party terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, and naming a potential integration does not guarantee its availability, compatibility, or included cost.
12. Intellectual property
Zero AI, its branding, interface customizations, documentation, website, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Endgate and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service during an active trial or subscription.
13. Availability and disclaimers
We work to maintain a reliable service, but maintenance, upstream changes, connectivity issues, security events, or circumstances outside our control may interrupt access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. Zero AI does not provide legal, tax, financial, or regulatory advice.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Endgate will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption, or loss of data arising from the service. Endgate’s total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Zero AI during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, security risk, unlawful use, material breach of these Terms, or conduct that threatens the service or others. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
16. Changes and general terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational, or service changes. We will post the revised effective date and provide additional notice when required. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and offer shown at checkout, form the agreement regarding the service and are governed by applicable law.
